THE NEIGHBORHOOD LA CANDELARIA

*  Located in the eastern sector of the Historic Center, preserves the memory of the little town that was the start of the great metropolis. MONSERRATE

 * The church founded in the seventeenth century and renovated in 1925, is venerated Señor Caido, miraculous image. devotees ask for favors or give thanks often walk up

* The hill has been a place of pilgrimage since colonial times, entering the santuary, the altar display the Señor Caido de Monserrate revered image, carving in the sixteenth century, made by Pedro De Lugo Albarracin

* The ascent by cable car or funicular.  Is a romantic place and eats well, is visited for many devotees, you should keep in mind that the place is dangerous.
