Fritanga is one of the traditional dishes of Colombian cuisine that celebrates the common-union strongholds of families around the food. It also highlights and confirms the importance of both food pork and economically.

The Fritanga is a Colombian dish, which combines various products such as sausages, bananas, Creole or yellow potatoes, beef, chicken, pork, pork rinds and fried in oil chunchullo. Usually served in a basket whose base is covered in paper and eaten with your hands together for a beer.

Although it sounds a bit crazy and the presentation is so simple and basic, is one of the dishes sold during the weekends. In addition, one advantage is that here Fritanga served is light, low in fat, so you do not have to worry about reducing those calories.
